Coconut oil, I make using fresh coconuts that I husk and Una (grate).cooking the grated coconut, then adding warm water to help squeeze out the milk. boiling this down until it seperates the oil from the wey. The Honey is from my hives, The vanilla from my vines and the ginger & tumeric from my garden.
Roseapple charcoal from burning wood in my water heater and collecting the coal when it cools down. Adding rain water.
